Hey Newgrounds!

Llama got your attention? Sure hope it did!

I'd like to use this post to shout out my Discord server, where sprite animators, other creatives, and anyone interested in joining can relax, share WIPs, get feedback, maybe make friends! https://discord.gg/beWwRJk If you're a fan of my works, you can see WIPs of upcoming projects!

Also, would like to talk more about Megaman X vs. Zombies 3, my favorite animation I made to date!

So I originally started working on it around the time the series was still new. First episode came out in 2011, 2nd in 2012, and worked on 3 in 2015 ish. Unfortunately, computer got corrupted and the work efforts on the most recent version of the file went with it. So that version of the episode, unfortunately got scrapped. You can try to see what was left of it over here! https://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/698053 Even though it was devastating to lose all the progress on that version of the episode...I still wanted to move forward with the series...so I focused on honing my battle animation skills with the following animations after that beta version of Megaman X vs. Zombies 3 was published. Many animations later, in 2019, I finally buckled down to spend some 6 months working on a revamped, action packed, grand in scale Megaman X vs. Zombies 3! I'd work on it daily, syncing the files between my laptop and desktop at home to never lose pace working on it. Of course, there were many times where I was gonna give up on it and quit making it. Thankfully those times passed, and onwards I pressed to realize Megaman X vs. Zombies 3. At one point, it was gonna feature a part animated from one of my fans! This is the part! https://youtu.be/KGZ_uYjb_co

Also, as the animation was nearing like 75%, I made this iMovie trailer to explain the plot of the episode, as the episode itself was so grand in scale with the war against the Zombies that there was no spoken dialogue in the actual episode itself https://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/736431

It was sad to stop working on Megaman X vs. Zombies 3. It was really hard but ambitious to make. I hope the epic shines through from it, and that it and the series as a whole brings smiles to people's faces.

Regardless of if you never watched this before or have already, I hope you take this chance to see Megaman X vs. Zombies 3 once more! :D

Cheers,

-Nano
